It's really hard to reach out to them. My boss has taken 2 covid tests. One of them was supposed to give the result in 15 min, another one was supposed to give the result the next day. They disappeared, no result, nothing. So unprofessional. So unreliable.
They need to hire better nurses This nurse took 20minutes and could not find where to put the needle in, She really bruised my arm, she tried both arms and could not find where to stick it in. Felt like she has been out of practice for a long time, I just sent her home, My arm hurts and is bruised. Ruined the day...not worth it
RecommendedI was at the point where any rational person would have called an ambulance. I was acutely dehydrated and had heat exhaustion to the point I could not hold down fluids or maintain consciousness. So, I did what anyone would expect... I called for drip hydration to come to my job site and gimme the juice. By the time the bag was empty, I could drink fluids no problem, I had energy, my headache subsided, my muscle cramps went away, and I was DIALED! 10/10. If you’re too stupid to go to the ER, this is the next best thing.
A “girl” came to my house... could not find my vein!! Put me in cardiac situation ... was taken to emergency... the girl “blew out” my vein... put me in intensive care at Cedars for 3 days... BEWARE

Called twice to have a consultation and Doctor never returned call. Was looking to get a same day appointment for high dosage of Vitamin C for a cancer patient. Very disappointed.
