I’m confused ! I live inToronto visiting my Mom. I had some dental work done in September . I called to make an appointment nothing available on Thursday but one on Friday at 11:30. Perfect! It was for a crevice in the bottom last tooth on the left side. We had a lovely discussion decided to fill the crevice. Why am I charged $50 for what is called an emergency. I would appreciate crediting that amount to my Visa as soon as possible.. The Dr was helpful as was her assistant . Carrie Katz

Amazing experience. I was put at ease and made comfortable. Addressed all my concerns and questions. Dr Rachel Lasry is exceptional.
Although I had the misfortune of a dental emergency; I had the very good FORTUNE of seeing both Dr. Rachel Lasry and Dr. Carley Rapoport over the last few days to treat a cracked tooth. They were both AMAZING. So gentle, reassuring and competent. They actually made my dental experience a pleasant one. I would recommend them both 100%!!!

Today’s appointment was for a cleaning with Kelly. The past number of years Diana provided excellent cleaning and scaling. I just found Diana took more time to thoroughly clean and scale and my impression is that she may have done a more superior cleaning. However the experience with Kelly was indeed very pleasant and very professional.

Always professional. New male hygienist replacing Diana was very knowledgeable, gentle and thorough he is clearly in his element. Dr(s) Rappaport and Lasry are excellent and attentive to my questions and needs. All the staff are very pleasant . I especially like the way appointment reminders are done by text and emails. Thankyou for keeping with available technology ,makes our lives so much easier in managjng our schedules. Regards Stuart Truba
