Dear Carley, I have cracked the bottom of my front tooth (again) and I wondered if you had an appointment slot for the late afternoon of Wed. November 28th. If not, I believe I will be seeing you on Dec. 14th, 2018, It is not too serious and because of traveling I am not available in Montreal until Dec. 13th.
