I had a great experience with DUCTZ. Scott was very professional, polite, and responsive when I first inquired about their duct cleaning services, and provided very thorough information. The techs that came to my home were helpful, polite, and respectful of me and my home. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained both before and after what was being done. Overall, it was a painless experience. I definitely recommend DUCTZ.
Scott and his entire crew are true professionals! Scott drove about an hour and a half just to come and look at our ducts just to make sure they could be cleaned. And yes, they could. Scott sent 3 crews to our home, they drove an hour and a half just to get here, as I said true professionals, they wore protective booties and place drop cloths on the floors, they had corner protectors so when their power cords or hoses went around corners, they didn't scratch the paint or trim. The DUCTZ Guy’s did a great job removing the mold from our ducts and furnace. The technician explained the entire process and showed before/after pictures of their results. They were professional and very competent. Highly recommend!!!
Jake & Scott were fantastic! They were right on time at 8am and did a thorough job. They were both very personable and worked around me and my dogs. Highly recommend this company and would use them again!
