Nice place. I love this place for my kids dentist visits. I was a the office today, my daughter and son were treated good, but I am wondering, why some kids were receiving little stuffed animals but not my kids? That made me feel sad, because my son is only 6 years old and he loves those little stuffed animal. I know it does not cost a lot of money but when a kid gets something from a place such like a dentist office, it is very special. Have a wonderful day y'all.
Nice place. Now I know why other kids were receiving little stuffed animals, Ms. Keels explained it to me, I understood the reason. To be honest, I thought it was because We are from other country or skin color. But I was wrong. My family and I won't have that feelings again, we will continue with Ms Keels. Professional Environment I enjoy the entire atmosphere. Dr. Keels is very knowledgeable and approachable. The entire staff is very professional from the greeting at the door to the dentist chair.
High quality & Kid-Friendly Service Great experience for our 8 year-old! Very welcoming staff. They educated us on flossing techniques and gave us literature on tongue training tips. Dr. Hamilton gave us information on what to expect in the coming years of her dental progression. Quite informative! The environment was very inviting and engaging. We actually are looking forward to our next 6-month check up!
Professional and Personable Dr Keels and the Dental Assistant are very professional. From the time you walk in the room till you leave. They immediately gave my son something to hold to put him at ease and also it helps to have something in his hands so he doesn't grab their hands. The Dental assistant gave me some good ideas to use while helping my son with brushing and flossing. High quality and very Professional I'm impressed with the service my son received on today. Everyone was very patient with him. My son was very nervous but they treated him nicely and they talked them through the process. I had several questions and they were patient with me and made sure my questions were answered.
