Ms Dawn and Dr Byrd were so nice and understanding with my autistic daughter it’s usually meltdown city when we go to the dentist but they made her very comfortable and explained how they were gonna do everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a child with special needs or fear of the dentist.
Best dentist office ever! Decorated with so much love and attention to detail. The waiting room is amazing, plenty of toys, games, puzzles, a fish tank and an abundance of plush toys! My kids just wanted to hang out there. Staff and dentist were super sweet, professional and competent! Great bedside manner. Even the bathroom has a fish lava lamp and little painted stools for the kids so they can reach the sink. Will never go anywhere else!
I’ve always loved Duke street pediatric dentist since my oldest son’s first visit. My youngest son did not take to the dentist as well as my oldest when it was his first visit but today was his second visit and he did excellent and I think it had a lot to do with the ladies ability to ease his mind. They are excellent!
We had such an amazing experience for my son’s first visit at 2.5 years old! He has a trach and gtube and is vent dependent. They took care of him and were so patient. There rooms are HUGE and everything was very kid friendly. The waiting area has many games and toys for kids and nice seating. We are so lucky to be able to take our son here!
Everyone was so helpful & kind. They took time to answer all my questions even with a busy office and waiting room. The office is very kid/family friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your kids have a positive experience. HIGHLY recommend!
