Duncan and Diana were very diligent in getting all the info needed to process a loan for us. The process was long but it was all done over the internet, through emails, and I felt very well taken care of. I'm sure the loan process is just as long, if not longer, if we did this process in person. So, I appreciated that I didn't have to drive any where to sign papers to get this loan.
