Good communication.
I loved how efficient everyone worked! When I had a question they were always available to talk, but if not got a call immediately right back! Duncan made the home buying so much more bearable just from his overall positive and friendly personality. He doesn’t treat you just like a client but a friend!

The clear communication and and relaying of information during the purchase process was the best that I've seen or received.
