Duncan is a big personality who really cares about the experience you have with both him and his team. The mortgage initiation process is very intimidating, however it was evident that Duncan's team did their best to streamline any tasks that were required of me. Duncan and his team were great to work with. Everything was completed on in a timely manner with no interruption to other processes. Duncan himself was an incredible loan officer. Duncan was very communicative and helpful. He took his time to fully help us understand any part of the process and give us the confidence that him and his team had everything under control and were doing the best possible work. Additionally, he is a generally awesome and nice person so it was always a joy to talk to him and this helped alleviate the stress of purchasing a house.
