Duncan's attention to detail, prompt attention to questions and transparency made the entire process smooth and easy to understand.
It was just ok. Nothing really stood out. The team was good and the communication was good. There is way too much uncertainty for my liking. I felt like there could have been a better job done keeping me in the loop about the financials.
Duncan and his team did an outstanding job helping us get into the house of our dreams. Anytime we had a question Duncan was always very responsive and gave the best possible options for us. Also made the process very easy and straightforward. Will highly recommend family and friends using him.
Duncan went out of his way to keep me informed throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to accommodate me when I got confused while completing forms etc.
