Dustin did a great job with our account however there were a lot of uncertainty from his teammate Liliana that made the experience frustrating at times, and a lot harder than what it should have been. I wish things could have been a little more clear and organized at the very end. Dustin and Julie were great to work with and I would absolutely work with them again, and refer people to them. The rating is not reflecting on Dustin himself but the team as a whole.

Dustin’s team was extraordinary!! They helped every step of the way and made the whole home buying experience extremely easy. Liliana Gonzalez was there from the very beginning and was always there with any questions I had, then She handed the baton to Mikiala and she did an outstanding job as well, but even as Mikiala did her part Liliana was there to still help. And then Mikiala was awesome too. Thanks for everything AmCap, I will recommend you to anyone in need of a home loan!!
