Dustin was very good at keeping in contact and giving me heads up when the nature of the various stages of the loan progressed. The only problem I had was the Title Insurance company. They dropped the ball on things they said they'd do and not making me aware of a fee that would be charged by my credit union in regards to a wiring transfer fee. Had I known about that I would have insisted on a check.
