If location was local. If communication was NOT done primarily through email/computer, and if I only had to deal with one person, preferably Dustin himself.
Process was very easy from start to finish. Great customer service too! I was VERY impressed that Dustin contacted me very quickly after I had reached out via email after a referral from a friend/co-worker. Dustin and his staff were very good at communicating during the process and very easy to communicate with. I ended up refinancing for a much lower rate and being about to cash out too.
Dustin works very hard and makes himself available to a set any questions with his clients.
