constant changes throughout the process w information. Miscommunication with pre approval. Lindsay stated she was unaware of my car lease yet I have it in writing that she did. Lindsay breached her fiduciary duty by increasing my loan amount without speaking w me first. That is a breach in the truth in lending act. I was made it wait until the last day to receive clear to close.
The disclosures were not updated throughout the process to know the true cost of closing.
Should have went with a home based mortgage company
Choosing to travel a hour for an unverified appointment is not a good selling point. Different Questions I asked received the same answers. The phrasing came across as double talk and hard sell. I also felt as if I was being talked down to. I was upset with my husband because he chose to make the appointment and keep it against my request that he cancel it. I still have unanswered questions.
