I didn’t talk to Dustin this time. Didn’t have to, started with Ben. This was our third transaction with NOVA. I called Ben discussed what we were trying to do, Ben said I already have all of your information, I’ll call you back. Two hours later Ben called, told me what he could do, I said OK and we were on our way! Very smooth. Re-Fi saves us $250 per month!! I drive a cab in Vegas and enjoy listening to Dustin on the radio every Saturday.
