We started out good. Filled out the app etc. We are not much on email communication. We prefer phone calls and to hear a voice letting us know you are there. Dustin got it done but being our generation, my husband and I prefer more personal human contact with a voice. Maybe now days EVERYTHING is done electronically. That's fine but a phone call one in a while would help give better service.

Have been listening to "Real Estate Live" for 3+ years. As a result I felt I knew you Dustin, John and how you approached your business. I was very impressed with your effort to "do the right thing" for your Clients.With that thought in mind, I didn't hesitate to work you on my refinance for my LV home. At the time the Clovis-19 was just beginning and interest rates were "all over the board". One day up and the next day down... (wanted to say more but no more space..) TRC

My second time using NOVA and working with Dustin and his team and the experience couldn’t have been better or easier. Dustin and his team kept me informed and aware throughout the entire process of refinancing my home. In the middle of a pandemic, I never had to leave my home to complete the refinance process.
