Last year just before the holidays I took 27, 16 inch reels of decades old family to DVD Your Memories not knowing if even one foot of the film was still viable. The owner looked at it and said that the material was as good as it could be. So with fingers crossed they started the digitizing process. Excellent scanning of my b&w negatives, they're being published in a book this July!
I brought in a cassette tape from the '80s that needed to be mended and copied. Not only did the technician mend the reel, but they found the song I was looking for and emailed me a copy to preview. I highly recommend their expertise workmanship and attentive service.
