Dylan's expertise was evident when he locked in on a very competitive interest rate and guided me through the process of meeting guidelines for securing the best loan for my needs. Because of these unprecedented times, and because I live in Texas, I was able to set up my son-in-law as my power of attorney, just in case I couldn't be present for the closing. Luckily, that wasn't necessary, and Dylan was there to make sure I felt very welcome to Colorado.
