I was working with Dylan for about a year off and on and when I was finally ready to purchase my home he was ready to get the ball rolling. I am a first time home buyer and he made sure to break down every step of the process for me. Dylan and his team did a great job with my loan. They helped me stay organized and on top of the required documents and at no point were there any issues that slowed up the process. My loan was for a Florida property and even with the different states regulations involved the loan funded with no issues.
