There was a period where both my wife and I got lost in the mountains of documents and signing everything. Dylan and Amy were amazing at helping to explain each document and guide us through the process. The customer service is far and beyond anything I have ever experienced when applying for any kind of loan; outstanding!

Being more clear that closing cost of 7k was not included in the cash to close amount on the estimate. Overall, he was great but that would have made it better.

He was very educated, polite, and understanding. I didn’t know how any of this all works and he was very patient and answered all of my many questions respectfully and quickly. He made sure everything was taken care of properly and even followed through a week after buying my house to congratulate me on my big purchase!

Dylan Morget and his WONDERFUL team of associates stuck by our side for over a year and a half. They were always just a phone call or text away and had any information we needed readily available.
