The communication was probably number one for me, personally. You guys were awesome at explaining everything, answering everything, you never left us hanging or wondering what was going on. But the fact that you guys were able to work with us and our situation when no one else could was amazing. That we weren't limited by a couple of numbers on paper, but rather got the opportunity to explain why we were actually a very good candidate for a loan (which would allow us to improve those numbers), was such a relief!
