Dylan was upfront and walked me through the entire process knowing I had a terrible experience with the previous co I had looked into. If all loan specialist could be like Dylan more people wouldn’t be afraid of the buying process. Dylan didn’t rush me, or make me feel stupid. Dylan was a wonderful lender. The only frustration I would say was communication from others. We were doing our best to get everything completed right away, so it wasn’t appreciated that we we’re threatened with our closing date being delayed due to circumstances out of our control. Other than that situation, I have no complaints.
