I have had one appointment so far. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly and I was seen right on time, which is more than I can say with many medical providers. My exam, including a pre-exam interview, was thorough and Dr. Groff listened very carefully to what I had to say. My diagnosis and treatment seem spot on so far. I am not an easy person to impress so I hesitate to say much more until I am seen again, but so far so good. One last thing, I the patient part of the website is excellent.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dynamic Dermatology. Dr. Groff, and her staff, are knowledgeable, professional, personable, friendly, and patient. I presented with a dermatological problem that took several visits to correct. Dr. Groff never grew frustrated but, rather, continued to encourage me while she sought an answer. I am grateful for her persistence.
I found DD through my insurance portal and picked them based on proximity to my home. I did peek at Dr. G’s ratings and pic before booking. I’ve been to many Derms in my life but never had such a great experience. I was able to schedule online even as a new patient and it was sooo easy. I made two appts. My visit at Dynamic Dermatology was awesome! The office is clean and nicely decorated, the staff and doctors were all friendly and attentive to my concerns. I appreciated the transparency they had about my condition and what I could expect with my treatment. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good experienced with a knowledgeable dermatologist.
