Definitely 5 stars (out of 5) Dr. Groff is one of the sweetest, caring doctors I have ever dealt with. She goes far beyond what I ever expected from a Dermatologist. I have Scleroderma and several other auto immune diseases so I see a lot of doctors. She is always willing to spend time with me to answer all my questions. We just love Dr. Groff. This weekend I had a reaction at the site of an IV that was administered during a procedure by another provider, not by Dr. Groff. Dr. Groff has called me twice & called in two scripts, all in her calm and reassuringly efficient manner. This is not the first time I’ve received after hours care from her, and her staff is caring and courteous as well. I made a mistake and came in for a appointment a week earlier. I’m so thankful I was able to be squeezed in. The staff was kind and courteous as was Dr. Groff herself.
User friendly, Dr. Groff is welcoming and spends time with you. Office is bright and cheerful. Easy parking and access from 1604.
They listened and have finally provided my daughter the results to clear her skin that we had not received from previous doctors. Very happy that she listened and responded positively to clearing the acne once and for good!
