Kevin and Kathy made our refi experience remarkably quick, smooth and streamlined. I've done many real estate loans, and our experience with E Mortgage Capital was as professional and painless as any loan I've ever done. There were no last-minute document requests or other hang-ups, they were able to get us a great rate, and the loan closed earlier than expected. That's all I can ask from a mortgage lender!
