Overall, I was happy. However, there were some issues in terms of paying off debt that could have been a lot easier.
Thaer was knowledgeable, polite , professional and seemingly always available. He kept me updated, checked in regularly and was just overall a pleasure to do business with. We are so happy with him and the process on a whole.
