They told me what they could do and I told them what I wanted. I had to keep reminding them what I wanted. I had to stay on top of it to make sure they got me what I wanted. A few misunderstandings and bumps, but in the end I got what I wanted and together we did it. They stood by what they said and worked with me to get what I wanted. They were helpful, nice, and polite. This was my first time doing this totally over the phone and on line.
