I was overpromised/under-delivered by EA Pro Painters. I was told that contractors are evaluated to ensure quality standards and are supervised. None of that felt true during my actual project. Vlad was the project manager(??). He never visited my house. I texted/called and he wouldn't respond or respond late. Said he would call/visit and didn't. Andrey was the worst cintractor we wirked with, very unprofessional. Please make sure what you want in on contract if its not it wont happen without costing you. They were going to just paint over rotted wood if we didnt stop them.. it was a nightmare working with him. Didnt even bother to come and inspect his workers work. Didnt care just wanted his money.

You were not at the initial estimate appointment it was done with your wife, She asked us to replace certain siding and I did include that in the proposal. I asked if she wanted us to replace anything further than those and she said No. Before signing the proposal I was asked to adjust the contract several times to insure everything you guys wanted was included as she did miss a few things during the initial estimate. They did a good job painting. My problem was not with the work they did, though there was some touch up needed. I contacted them a couple months later because i wanted to do some touch up work and i needed to know the exact colors since they didn� t leave me any of the left over paint I contacted them by phone spoke to a lady there both times . I hired the contractor and contracted to use the top quality Sherwin Williams Emarald (High UV radiation protection for sun facing homes) paint in the front of the house and Super paint to paint the sides. The contractor purchased the lowest grade A100 (lowest UV rad protection) paint available with Sherwin Williams and that was not a mistake. Tj, Per our conversations the team made a product mistake when buying paint for your two homes we just painted for you it was not a intentional thing. We purchase Super paint that was the product listed on your contract for just $2 cheaper then the A100 paint there is no real reason why the team would try to intentionally purchase different product that is basically same price. we used 20 gallons per home so total would be around $40 savings per home. The painters showed up on time, and they were courteous. They put plenty of paint on, so much so that it dripped in multiple spots on my shingles. Looked rather poor. In many places they did not use drop cloths, there was paint on the driveway, the concrete front porch, and shingles where they had to get out on the roof. I was not pleased.
