Everything about Eagle Animal Hospital provides the BEST care for your pet. We have been taking our pets there for years, and the staff makes you feel like you are part of their family. We love Dr. Silvius, he always takes the time to listen to our concerns, and treats our animals like his own. They always make us feel welcome the moment we step inside the clinic, to the moment we leave. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I always recommend Eagle Animal to all of my friends and family. A place you can trust, depend on, and exce... read more

We have been using Eagle Hospital for years. We just love our vet Dr. Silvius. We had a beautiful red golden retriever that passed away due to cancer. We had to make a lot of trips and phone calls and he was always so helpful. He even gave us good advice on finding our new golden. Also we really love Jim Sparks who again has the best knowledge. All the vets that work there you can't go wrong with one. The office staff and other staff are all wonderful too! Thank you Eagle for being the best around!!!

The Dr.'s and staff here have been nothing short of amazing. They were there when my old sharpei had to be put down due to a tumor crowding her insides and I have a new rescue that they have done such a great job of treating. I feel so secure boarding her there with them when I am out of town. This will be the second time and I know that they employ people that are animal lovers. This is hugely important to me as well. I highly recommend them to anyone I talk to looking for a vet and all of my friends.

I don't have enough room to write all of the wonderful things I have to say about Eagle. First of all, all of the doctors and staff feel like friends now after coming there for the last 10-12yrs. My first Rottweiler, Malley, had some problems which Dr. Sparks found and addressed right away. He went above and beyond to help me with my baby. After he passed, I adopted my next puppy from Eagle along with another Rottweiler and have been taking them to Eagle for the past 9yrs. I still see Dr. Sparks but feel very comfortable... read more

On the eve of taking my kitties back to the vet, I'm reminded of why we go here. We got our first kitten four years ago in May and I was a nervous mama. She came from the farm was of course was wormy and needed to have "the" operation. They took such good care of her and her owner (me) who must have called three times that day to make sure the surgery went well and I asked if someone would be there overnight for her. (I know, it's just a cat, right?) When we got our other kitty we had all sorts of questions about in... read more

Front desk staff watched my cat fall out of her carrier and did nothing. No one got up or offered to help get her back in, they just watched me catch her and then stand there and hold a loose cat in a vet lobby for ten minutes. Then they tried to get me to come to the desk to do paperwork while someone with a large dog was checking in and while I was obviously holding a loose cat. By the time I finally got checked in (3:16) they told me I was now here past my fifteen minute appointment window and I would be treated as a walk... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re very sorry for how stressful that experience was. Having a cat escape in a busy lobby is overwhelming, and you should not have felt like you were handling that alone. Our team’s priority is always the safety of pets and clients, and in this situation we clearly fell short of responding quickly and appropriately. We are reviewing this with our front desk team so they understand that immediate assistance and situational awareness must come before routine check-in tasks. A loo... read more

Drs r great! The front staff girls at the desk r very rude and short in their communication. The first experience i figured she was having a bad day. Then the next few visits i received the same rudeness. Of course they weren't wearing name tags or i wudv definitely name them. Wen u walk in the door and receive this treatment, it make u concerned wat treatment ur pet will receive!!

Business response:

My pomeranian fell down a flight of steps a month or so ago. Our usual vet did x-rays and recommended that we go and get a MRI (and later a cat scan, if nothing turned up). We researched and found out that Eagle Animal Hospital had an MRI machine and that they were cheapest. Once we got there, with our X-ray paperwork from the last vet, she insisted on doing another X-ray. When they didn't find anything new, she said that she wouldn't be doing the MRI because there was no point and that if we don't see improvements or get h... read more

I have taken my pets to Eagle for most of my adult life. My pets were in the best hands with Dr. Sparks and Dr. Silvius. I took my Shih Tzu yesterday because he was vomiting and had diarrhea. Another doctor saw him. She walked him to the back room. I never really knew if he had a temperature, or what if anything was causing the upset stomach. I went home with some tablets to give him and she gave me two cans of digestive dog food. There was no discussion on the cost of any of his treatments received that day. I had no idea t... read more

Business response:

Lisa, we understand that veterinary care can be costly, which is why we always try to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. We reassured any price increase have been a direct result of inflation and not direction from a corporate office. Please know, Dr. Sparks and Dr. Silvius are still owners and managing veterinarians. If possible, so please don't hesitate to voice your concerns to your veterinarian during your next visit. We aim to provide you with the information and educational resources to make the most i... read more
