**************** have been using EarnUp for many years to manage our mortgage payments using the bi-monthly mortgage payment schedule.Because of inflation, our escrow account started to increase whereby I had to compensate with the shortages.I was confused as to how this could happen. I have been using EarnUp for many years to easily make bi-weekly mortgage payments, which include additional principal payments. ******* was able to assist me with explaining the updated electronic delivery process and increase my future deductions.
I was very confused with our mortgage company changing hands recently. Earnup was very helpful and was able to get everything handled with one phone call. I have been with them for several years and my mortgage payments are always made timely and efficiently. I never have to worry about my taxes, insurance and bi-weekly payments being sent to my mortgage company by Earnup.
