Brought my dog here today because something is wrong. he wo.t stand up and is shaking. Left without any help because the doctor was MIA on "his 2 hour lunch break" o will NEVER go here again. North Windham is doing blood tests to hopefully figure out what is wrong. Much better place!
Update: Moments after this review the doctor called and threatened us because of it. He said if we keep it up they won't serve us. I asked if he did this to everyone that gives a bad review and he said no. Two weeks later we call about picking up the prescription diet food for our cats which we paid nearly $80 for at the visit below. They said they never ordered the food because of this review and I guess they felt that it was ethical to ROB us of that money we prepaid for the food and NEGLECT THE PRESCRIPTION DIET NEEDS OF ... read more
I have used East Brook Animal Hospital for years. I will never ever use them again!!! I have a cat that is not able to urinate. You can see he is straining and nothing coming out. Everything I read on line shows his issue is very serious and could be fatal. I called today June 22 and spoke with Jenn. I explained to her about my cats issue. She came right out and said “sorry Dr’s do surgery on Friday’s and we have no openings tomorrow!!! No compassion and no suggestion on what to do!!!!
