Been going for six years and now my dog is sick they are worried abt making us pay for visits when are concerns were not address at first..they dropped the ball .not concerned abt a six yr patient..have a 120lb dog that can barely walk..we have been back 4x in 8weeks for visits and still want us to bring him in again and pay another visit...abt money or the pets...
