Recommendedsince covid, they started a curbside feature. my dog would shiver and hide while sitting in the lobby. (no easy task considering how big she is) this stress free alternative is so much better.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a number of vet visits this year and every one of them has been excellent. The staff are really great. Caring, with good communication about a plan, all while involving the owner in that plan process. We have gone here for years with 4 current pets and 4 that have since gone over the rainbow bridge. Every single person in the office cares about our furry family as much as we do. They provide superior medical care with a big dose of compassion for our pets and their humans. They have gone above and beyond helping us get one of our rescues the life they deserve. Brought our kitty Petunia in for annual exam and nail trim with Dr. Maas. All staff and Dr. Maas very pleasant and helpful ( and our kitty can be quite difficult to handle). I was given option to go inside with kitty or do curbside. I chose curbside and it was efficiently and promptly handled. Dr. Maas came out to speak with me at the car after Petunia was returned to me by a tech. All of my experiences with ELAH have been excellent! I highly recommend this place. Great staff and great service.

Our cats are former spirit cats and are very anxious in new situations. During 2020 we chose to hold off their physicals (1 yo strictly housecats are only pets) due to not being allowed in to office. Now one year later...not much has changed, but we knew they needed exams. Both were very calm once we arrived back home and settled immediately. I believe this is due to kind staff interaction. I emailed further questions which were quickly answered. Prices seem comparable to our previous vet.
