We want to thank Dr. Martin and his wonderful staff for the loving care they gave to our Lilly Rose in her final days, and also for the card you all sent expressing your grief at our loss! Its heartwarming to know she was in the care of such kind , caring people in her final days !
I enjoy Dr. Martin but the support staff is incredibly rude and you need to plan to be there for 2+ hours because you either wait in the lobby or exam room an excessive amount of time. A recent appointment was schedule for a rabies vaccine at 10:20 am and we sat in the waiting room for almost an hour before moving into an exam room, where we waited yet again.
