High points-Was able to get appointment day after I called. Short wait in lobby-Work up done efficiently and friendly-Saw Dr Guillory in next few minutes- Ears cleaned out and feel much better. Also easy access to new location. Phone staff helpful and friendly. ALL GOOD.
