Verified Renter I’m continually impressed by the quality of the amenities here. We now have a restored gym with updated cardio machines. And we have noticed the garage area is kept consistently cleaned out. Little things matter. We have also discovered some new eateries within walking distance of the Eastshore that are really nice. Happy we chose this place!

Verified Renter Great location. Feel safe and not a bad view. Easy walk to restaurants and some of Las Colinas main attractions. Property has all of the necessary amenities. Some of them could be improved (coffee machine)
