Verified Renter I’ve been living in these apartments for 3 full weeks and I love it so far. Emma has been incredibly helpful and so nice since the first interaction we had. The amenities are great, and I love the direct access pathway to walk along the lake. I would recommend this place to live.

Verified Renter If you’re looking for an Apartment with a waterfront view and excellent amenities then the wait is over! They always have cool events for the residents and you can't beat the area/location! It's walking distance to some great restaurants, great view of Lake Carolyn, walking distance to The Toyota Music Factory for concerts.

Verified Renter Great place to live, clean and feel safe. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff is always on top. Only thing is manager does not like to buy coffee for the coffee machine.
