Walking in you’re greeted kindly and the atmosphere is delightful and whimsical. Everything is very clean and there is something for everyone to keep you happy while waiting; which is the shortest wait time ever. Everyone is beyond amazing with children and parents alike. My kiddos have been going to Eastside Pediatric Group for 16 years, and every single visit has been positive. All of the staff is professional, warm, kind, and have put my kids at ease in all situations, and there have been some hairy ones! Dr. Quinby went above and beyond 10 years ago when she went to Children's Hospital to perform a root canal on my daughter while she was "under" for an endoscopy. Dr. Lombardi is the sweetest and best dentist ever! She's been seeing my kids since my 24 yr old was under 2, and she is amazing with all kinds of kids. (My first was a handful!) She makes the parent feel honored and heard, while helping kids feel as comfortable as possible. We've had some dental challenges, and Dr. Lombardi always comes through with respect for our desires, comfort ,and practical help. (Emily is a really wonderful hygienist, too.)
My kids have been coming to Eastside Pediatric for several years and each visit has been fantastic. Despite moving to Redmond, we continue to see Dr. Quinby as she has an incredible staff who are always so friendly and kind to our family. I can't say enough good things about this office!
I keep waiting for my daughter to realize going to the dentist is a horrific thing to have to do. Turns out it is only horrific when you are seeing the wrong dentist. This week my daughter had a to get a filling done and I was sure this would be the end of her thinking going to the dentist is a fun thing to do. Nope. Started my daughter here when she was younger and will not change. Personal attention, amazing staff, and Dr Quinby is the best. She loves going to the dentist. Love them.
All my kids have been patients here for years. My two oldest are bummed they have “aged” out. The staff and dentists are fantastic! The office is warm and comfortable. What more could you want?!
This is the only place I bring my kids, they are friendly, efficient, and the kids always have a great time and forget they are at the dentist!
We absolutely love Dr. Lui and Dr. Donna. My children have struggled with cavities and they have always helped and reassured us. They challenge my children to do their best in all aspects of life and lift them up when they are excited to come tel them about everything they have accomplished. I recommend them to everyone even if there children don’t have dental issues.
