I love that Richelle is able to speak to the older kids in a way that they hear her. It's not the language you would use for the younger kids and it's not a "mom" voice, but one that is something that the kids can relate to. Thank you, Richelle and Dr. Liu!

It's always so reassuring to know that you chose well for your child. I chose Eastside Pediatric Dental based on some reviews I read online and fortunately, I wholeheartedly agree with those reviews. The front desk staff, dental assistants and dentists are all so positive, pleasant and welcoming. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Quinby and her staff are very professional and caring in handling special needs patients. They carry out a conversation in a calm voice with the patient that allows the patient to feel comfortable while they work on his teeth. I highly recommend them.
My daughter has some sensory challenges and a lot of anxiety in the dentist's office. Kristin (our hygienist) and Dr. Lombardi are very encouraging and patient. They accommodated my request to not have my daughter lay down flat and allowed her to listen to music to help her relax. They completed her cleaning and check up as quickly as possible and were very kind and understanding.
Everyone in this office is sweet and helpful. It’s a very warm and kind environment. Having two kids that get very anxious going to the dentist, I appreciate how sweet and comforting all the hygientist and Dr Lombardi are.

My children have now aged out of Eastside Pediatric Dental Group however, I can give Sally Sue Lombardi a 5 star review. The office staff is incredibly professional and attentive and the service that Dr. Lombardi and her team provides is top notch. My children always felt welcome and at ease in their friendly enviornment!
Both of my daughters see Dr. Quinby and she is amazing. My oldest has had enamel issues on her baby teeth and needed a lot of dental work and preventative care. Dr. Quinby stays on top of her care and makes sure we address issues that do arise quickly. My younger daughter has special needs and is a bit more difficult to examine. Dr. Quinby and her staff are patient and understanding with my daughter and make sure both she and I are comfortable with the process. I can't say enough good things about this practice! Thank you!
