Attentive and caring staff. We take our dog to Eastwood Animal Hospital for baths, knee surgery, and everything in between. They're knowledgeable, trustworthy, and put your pet's best interest first, unlike other hospital chains that prioritize maximizing profits, like one owned by a candy company (ahem ahem BluePearl).
Nothing but the best staff and Dr. Alonso. I went their for a second opinion and the Dr knew right away what was wrong with my dog. Ever since that I'm a happy client .
Absolutely the best experience with my dog emergency today. Staff and vet were genuinely caring. Was offered options for medical treatment possibilities and cost breakdowns so I could make decisions based on my pet's needs and my pocketbook which I appreciated. So many bad vet experiences in recent years, these guys/gals were a blessing. I'm so happy to find a new vet.
Great staff and so polite. Been going here for 2 years for my dog and cat. Everything has been great with the service. Highly recommend for the area.
Best vets I've been to. I have two very neurotic rescue dogs and they always treat them well and act like they are good and special dogs (and not crazy, difficult to deal with, and annoying like some vets have treated my dogs in the past.) they are very transparent about costs and they have treated all my dogs illnesses appropriately which lead to speedy recoveries. Love them!
On Oct 3 my baby Diesel went for his 8 weeks shots. I was so nervous because I was a new client with Eastwood animal. They was super nice sweet. They answered all my questions and all my concerns. The doctor came out to talk to me about my Diesel he is a happy, healthy huskie. I will be going back in about 3 to 4 weeks for his 2nd round of shots. A updated review will be coming soon as well
I have dealt with numerous veterinary clinics through the years and I have always found something that made me uneasy about going back. After all my pets are like my kids. I have been going to Eastwood Animal Hospital for over a year with 4 different dogs in different stages of their lives and with different medical issues, I can't explain the attention and care of the staff (Heather, Guillermo, Amy... ) to name a few, they go above and beyond, the nicest bunch I have ever dealt with. When we needed to get our cats the feline leukemia vaccine and our original vet didn't provide it; Eastwood Animal Hospital did. We made an appointment and have been going to them ever since! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our cat, Smokey, needed to gain some weight and we wondered if this one type of food would be helpful while still nutritious. My husband called and left a message; the vet, Dr. Taeubel, called him back the same day!! We were both surprised by the quick response especially for such a simple question.... read more
Amazing office staff, gentle techs, and a personable and educated vet make Eastwood Animal Hospital my go-to for my pup. All vet practices are going to hit your pocketbook hard (this practice included) but the service and their listening ears cannot be beat. It's a small business that puts your sweet pet(s) first. Highly recommend.
