I was a little worried about shipping my car across country, but Stephanie and Easy Auto Ship made it a very pleasant experience. I actually had to have a friend release my car while I was out of the country, but after talking with Stephanie the few days before, I had no doubts the car would get shipped without any hitches, and it did!

I had to drive out of state to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately I found out that if I purchased the vehicle in California, I'd have to pay tax in California if I drove it off the lot despite not living in California. I'd then have to pay tax again in my home state. So I asked the dealership to find me a car shipping company to get around this. Charity in customer service was great. Stayed in contact with me constantly. The rate they quote you is what you pay, no surprises at delivery time. That was a concern of mine as I researched other companies and they would say there were other hidden fees, not with Easy Auto Ship, rate was competitive and very fair. The only suggestion I would have is that they somehow incorporate GPS into the mix. I had a classic vehicle delivered that I paid a good amount of money for so I was anxious to know it’s whereabouts.
