**** did a great job moving my golf cart. He was on time, extremely courteous, and the pricing was very competitive. He took great care of my golf cart and provided updates and pictures of the delivery. I would definitely use **** again.
The best and most important thing about my experience with Easy Auto Ship was interacting with ***** She was very pleasant, accessible and extremely knowledgeable. My shipping experience was totally transparent, **** coached me through the entire process, it went precisely as she explained, and I paid the exact amount that she said I would when she quoted me the cost for the service. I cant think of any way the experience could be improved. ??????????

Great communication from both the driver and the company itself. Prices were not hidden. What they quoted is what I paid. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them. Their price maybe a bit higher than most but I'm a communicative type of person who believes in a person's words rather than their promises. They said it, they did it and I received it. That's more than enough for me to reach back out to them if the need should arise.
I had never shipped a car before and was nervous about the process and the reliability of the shipper. I am delighted to report, everything went smoothly and perfectly. The dispatcher responded immediately to every question; the driver also was available to me throughout the journey. The car arrived in perfect condition. The transport from LA to ******* took one week. I give five stars with enthusiasm. I will definitely use Easy Auto Ship again when the need arises.
My contact person was pleasant and responsive, very nice to deal with. Their price to ship enclosed was the best. However, when it came time to find a driver, they were not able to secure one, unless the price was increased. Their initial cost estimate to ship was artificially low and did not take into account factors that affected the price. They were able to quickly find a driver and my vehicle was delivered about two weeks earlier than originally anticipated. The employee that helped me made everything easy and was transparent about the procedure and costs. Overall, a very nice experience.
