When DIY contacted me in regards to shipping my car I was unsure due to hearing all sorts of bad shipping stories but when Gail talked to me she made me feel very comfortable with the process. Gail stock by my side during the entire process and I'm very grateful to her for her great customer service.

Larry was outstanding!! Kept up communication very well. Had a driver to bring my truck home the day I contacted them while the other company had nothing after 10 days. Truck arrived on time and in very good condition. Process was explained to me and all questions quickly answered. Well worth the extra money to do business with such an outstanding company!!

Hasan is an incredible employee and the reason I picked Easy Auto Ship out of seven companies that contacted me. From start to finish, and even with a couple bumps I caused along the way, he was extremely professional and affable, and made the entire process easier than I could have expected.

I shipped my car across country and everything went as Hasán said it would. The whole process from beginning to end was extremely satisfying. Great company.

Chris B. at DIY was great. After dealing with two other transportation companies trying to get my sons truck back home and dealing with all the excuses and lack of communication. He was put in a tough situation to pick up the slack from the two that had failed. He stuck to his word and kept me up to date on every detail. I have had many cars shipped and I have got to tell you this was the best experience I have ever had.Gail was awesome she worked with me on the price and the car was picked up and delivered 3 days before it was supposed to.I wii definitely use them again,very professional and great follow up.

This is my second time using DIY transport. The Customer Service is wonderful, I worked with Charity both times and she is awesome! Which is the reason I used them the second time. This last time the driver was 2 days late picking up my vehicle this is the reason why I’m giving 3 stars vs. 5 stars..But other then that I would recommend this company compared to other companies I’ve contacted in the past. They are the most professional and respectful.

Charity and everyone else at DYI Transport were very helpful, attentive and understood and accommodated all of our requests. They were able to process our order quickly and kept us in the loop the entire way through the process. I would highly recommend using them to ship another vehicle! Thank you for everything!!
