I have to tell you, this company is on it. This is my second experience trucking a car across the country. The first sucked. I was quoted $800 for transportation. The day before the car was due to be moved they called me and said it was $1500, cuz the could find a transporter. I told them to "F" off!!!! and finally got a company for $1100. I was very impressed by the communication from DIY. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful,and entergetic. My car was picked up a day or three earlier than I thought.
