Lindsay and the Easy Auto Ship team exceed my expectations. They provided an accurate estimate to ship my vehicle from DC to Seattle, and were communicative at every step. They ensured I received timely, quality service with the carrier.
Overall, we had a good experience working with Easy Auto Ship. Communication with the team was frequent and helpful, though we did not have a driver pick up our ticket until the second to last day of the window we provided, even though we gave months of notice. This was stressful as we had to call the company every day for an update, and ultimately the car was picked up a day outside of our window, when we weren't there. Excellent experience shipping my prized 1989 Mazda across country. The driver was pleasant and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. The company was able to make changes in my plans to accommodate my needs. I would use them again without hesitation.
Easy, professional, great job Car arrived early, was held at their facility at no additional cost and was delivered to our home when we arrived.
