She did her best to find me the best rate right off the bat and as a new customer, that solidified my loyalty, recommendation and future business with them. My contact was Eric K****. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and executed my request quickly, quoted me an excellent price and had my vehicle picked up in 2 days. My car arrived 2 days later, not bad for over a thousand mile trip. The driver was also easy to deal with and did an excellent job. My car arrived with no damage and exactly at the forecasted ETA. Great experience, their customer service was great, great communication and truck arrived from Marion, Ohio to South Florida in two days. The first day truck was available for pick up, it was picked up. No waiting around for a transport company. Pricing was on the low end of all the proposals I received from other brokers. Would definitely recommend!!
I worked with Brandon to ship my classic car from Florida to Texas- I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. Brandon was communicative, efficient, and transparent about price, expectations, etc. The carrier I was assigned was pleasant to work with as well.
