I had a very good experience! The office was super clean with a very modern design that was very appealing. The reception and dental assistants were respectful, friendly and helpful. Dr Chang was very good: 1st, he was clear and detailed in his explanations of my treatment. 2nd, he was open and patient in listening and answering all my questions. 3rd, the equipment he used in my treatment was clean, modern, effective and innovative. Last, he had a very gentle skill throughout my procedure.

The evaluation felt very rushed. The dentist, she seemed very eager to move on and was already heading out before the appointment even finished, I was still on the chair with my bib and glasses on. I didn’t feel like my concerns were fully heard. I asked her to check if my gums were okay, and she said no. And that I have to make a new appointment for consultation to check my gums. It gave the impression that patients are treated differently depending on insurance.
