The front desk staff are rude and have no communication skills. All they care is whether insurance is going to pay. Patient care is non-exist. I have no problem if out of pocket payment is necessary, but a caring practice is essential to my needs.

I suggest you email Dr Chang & see if you get a reply, get an EMAIL answer for a non cash price, if you can speak to an informed office staffer on the phone OR in person or EVER GET A PRINTED TREATMENT PLAN? Please verify for yourself. Look at his equipment in his treatment room. I had xrays and an exam in his office & I have yet to find enough reliable reviews to see if to go further.
