Exceptional Bathtub could have been cleaner It was great, good location, breakfast always good, staff always good
Nice The tv was not on a swivel so if you sat on the sofa or bed you watched tv at an angle...breakfast eggs were only hard boiled The bed was excellent...loved the layout of room
My family and I had a great time The last day the elevator broke bytvget I was a vacation and things happen. I found the hotel to be cheaper about an hour before we checked in but I had already booked my room The staffer who Checked me in was super friendly and helpful. I apologize for not remembering her name. She was the African American lady with long hair and a friendly smile.

My stay was great. The front desk clerk was rude and not helpful. I needed to cancel a booking and she said she didn't know how to do it, she looked at the other clerk and she didn't say anything. Very poor Customer Service, bad attitude. The room was great and so was tge breakfast. Nice atmosphere.
Good Sheets didn't seem like they had been changed, bathroom floor unswept, & a bad smell in the room. Great breakfast!
