Troubled by trying too get a proper room Asked for a room too sleep 4 people. Instead got one bed and a pull out couch.
Two nights It was dirty, no detail cleaning being done, staff threw clean towels on back of toilet. Beds stained and no mattress protectors in place. Air conditioners worked well,
I would stay again great place The bed was a little hard but a great room Being close to everything in the middle of new braunfels and sanantonio

Dear Isela, We are very happy to see that you had a "great stay". I apologize for the experience that you had a breakfast, during the summer months our breakfast does get very crowded and our ladies do try very hard to make sure that we do keep items available on the buffet.
Clean and comfortable Initially room smelt musty - coming from air conditioning unit. Maybe filters need changed. Use air freshner to make room welcoming. Breakfast was good. Pool area was clean, water was clean.
