Alejandro worked on the removal of a very stubborn cluster of bees that continued to be active in one of the eaves of my roof. Alejandro was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very patient, kind and considerate, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain the extermination process to me. We found frass and were delighted to get next-day service.
We had a guy come out to do a termite inspection, and another guy to do the treatment. Both were extremely professional and friendly. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand without getting too technical. Not to mention, every time I called the company the girls who answered the phone were always friendly and helpful. Their warranty package is amazing! I felt very confident in their services.
The inspector & technician were professional and polite. My wife and I appreciated their thoughtfulness in being aware of and taking precautions for avoiding tracking dirt in our home. They explained in great detail what they were going to do and answered all my questions. They worked efficiently. They left me feeling good & confident about their service.
Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the fact that they wore masks. That was a kind and respectful thing to do.
